Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 - Health and Fitness

Learning More About  Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 is The Way to Go!

What is Diabetes Mellitus and Diabetes Mellitus Type 2

Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 | Diabetes mellitus is one of the most common forms of diabetes affecting millions of people worldwide. A person who suffers from diabetes has high blood sugar levels because the insulin produced in the body is insufficient and glucose can not enter the bloodstream and can be converted into energy. When the glucose supply to cells is not sufficient and it starts to build up in the blood, this can lead to health complications that can be fatal if not treated in time. Some of the health complications associated with diabetes mellitus include heart problems, kidney failure and brain disorders.

Diabetes Mellitus Type 2
Diabetes Mellitus Type 2
Diabetes mellitus is a series of diseases, namely Type I, Type II and even gestational diabetes that is not so well known. There are three types of diabetes to which different characteristics are linked and sometimes the treatment process is also different, depending on the stage in which it is detected. To know if you have been affected by Diabetes mellitus, there are some symptoms that you may experience and these include increased thirst, frequent urination, fatigue, extreme hunger, weight loss, blurred vision, and ulcers that heal slowly among others. In the event that symptoms of diabetes mellitus are detected in the body, it is advisable to visit a doctor as soon as possible. The doctor can confirm if the symptoms are for diabetes or for another disease.

Early Detection

Currently there is no diabetes treatment available and teach those who suffer from it, how it skims, so that they can lead a normal life and develop as many activities as possible. However, early detection is a good way to ensure that developmental diseases are limited in advance. The first step is to have tests done so that the doctor can rule out diabetes as the cause of the symptoms. The two tests that are being performed include blood and urine tests that are important for diabetes treatment in the future. The main goal of diabetes treatment is to keep glucose levels within the normal range and also to prevent the development of health problems that can be fatal if not addressed early. Other ways where in which diabetes treatment is administered include oral medication, change in diet, insulin injections and even surgery in some cases. Diabetes treatment is continuous because the disease must be managed throughout his life.

Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 Symptoms

Diabetes mellitus is one of the most common non-communicable diseases that has epidemic proportions worldwide. Worldwide it affects 6% of the total population. It is more common in the elderly, but even the younger population is now at risk, thanks to the current unhealthy lifestyle. It is an endocrine disorder caused by the pancreas's inability to produce enough insulin, or the body can not properly use the insulin, which distinguishes two types, namely Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes.

In Type 1 Diabetes mellitus, the body fails to produce enough insulin and requires that the person consumes insulin for life according to need, while Type 2 diabetes will retain the insulin produced by the cells. So our body does not use insulin properly. This is called insulin resistance. Although our body, by its natural healing properties, our pancreas produces extra insulin to make up for it, over time it can not keep up with the demands of the body and build up sugar in the blood. This is usually undetected and undiagnosed for a reasonable period of time.

One of the first symptoms of type 2 diabetes is an increased thirst due to excessive sugar build up in the bloodstream. As a result, liquid is drawn from the tissues. As a result, the person drinks more water and urinates more.

The next symptom will be increased hunger, because sugar can be transported into the cells without sufficient insulin, and the muscles and organs become depleted of energy. This causes intense hunger. But despite eating more than usual to relieve hunger, without the ability to metabolize glucose, the body uses alternative fuels stored in muscle and fat. Calories are lost when excess glucose is delivered in the urine. This leads to weight loss and fatigue, which makes the patient tired and irritable.

In the course of time this will lead to blurred vision, because the high blood sugar level causes the liquid to be pulled out of the lenses of the eyes, influencing the ability to focus. Type 2 diabetes also affects the ability to cure and resist infections, resulting in slow healing wounds and frequent infections. Some people can develop spots of dark, velvety skin in the folds and folds of their bodies - usually in the armpits and neck. This condition, called acanthosis nigricans, may be a sign of insulin resistance and one of the early signs of diabetes in women

Blood Sugar Levels Diabetes Mellitus Type 2

People suffering from type 2 diabetes can maintain their blood sugar levels with regular exercise and adjusted diet initially and later with the consumption of oral antidiabetics and sometimes with insulin. Blood sugar levels should be controlled because increased blood sugar levels would damage the small blood vessels of the nervous system, the eyes, the heart or the kidneys, eventually causing stroke, blindness, heart disease, nerve damage, usually to the nerves in the feet. This requires that close supervision is mandatory to prevent early and late complications.

Diabetes increases the risk of many serious health problems, including cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, neurological disorders, foot disorders, and so on. However, with rapid treatment and proposed lifestyle, people with diabetes can prevent or delay the development of complications.

Very effective natural treatment of Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 - Diabetes herbal medicines

Sedentary lifestyle and stressful mental conditions in the current scenario have evoked many troubling diseases such as diabetes. Diabetes is one of the non-communicable diseases and quickly emerges as a major health problem. The prevalence of type 2 diabetes has risen sharply from 4% to 13% in the last decade and it has been difficult to treat it effectively in the long term. Treatment and diabetes care represent a substantial part of national health expenditure in the country and person.

Type 2 diabetes represents a syndrome with a disrupted metabolism of carbohydrates and fat. The most prominent clinical feature is hyperglycaemia (fasting plasma glucose levels> 126 mg / dl or glycosylated hemoglobin A1c> 6.9%). It is very important to know that the disease that is now diagnosed as Diabetes Mellitus did not occur suddenly. Its pathophysiology lasts for a long time from 3 to 5 years. It rarely manifests itself in a duration of 1-6 months in exceptional cases such as pregnancy, injury, mental illness, etc.

Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 according to Ayurveda

Ayurveda is an old medical system that has existed since ancient times. Diabetes mellitus is called "Madhumeha" in Ayurveda, which literally means excessive urine with taste like honey. Of the 20 types of Premaha described in Ayurveda, Madhumeha has caused many clinical similarities with the present-day Diabetes mellitus due to Vata and Kapha doshas.

It consists of a number of diseases with different physical and chemical changes in the urine. 73% of diabetic patients prefer effective Ayurvedic medicines for their treatment, either as dietary supplements or as a medicine. The secondary failure of metformin and other hypoglycemic agents is more than 20%. Ayurvedic doctors have presented an extensive range of single herbs and formulations for type 2 diabetes.

In Ayurveda, for the treatment of diabetes, the selection of drugs / formulation is based on clinical parameters such as Agni (digestive fire), Ahara shakti (digestive fire), Vyayama shakti (physical strength) and biochemical all assessment of the patient and safety considerations.

Pathogenesis of diabetes

When the "Meda" (fat), "Mamsa" (meat), "Shareera kleda" (liquids of the body) and Kapha when entering the "Basti" (urinary tract device), this causes Premaha (Diabetes).

According to Acharaya Vagbhat

The unbalanced doshas (especially Kapha and Pitta in association with Vata) block the channels related to adipose tissue / adipose tissue and muscles. Due to obstruction of Vata, the sweet oja transforms into astringent mixed sweet taste like honey. So it discharges in the urine and the state of Madhumeha is the result.

High-risk groups are those who:

  • Above 45 years
  • Obese / overweight
  • Do not train
  • Have high blood pressure
  • High alcohol intake
  • I have had gestational diabetes
  • Fat and carbohydrate diet
  • Have low HDL or high triglycerides
  • Women with polycystic ovarian disease (PCOD).

Cause of type 2 diabetes according to Ayurveda

Comfortable seating (luxury / sitting lifestyle / lack of physical activity and physical exercise).
All eating and lifestyle activities that increase Kapha dosha in the body.
Consumption of food rich in carbohydrates
Heavy food
Incorrect power supply
Excessive sleep

Prodromal symptoms of type 2 diabetes

  • Excessive sweating
  • Lack of stability in the body
  • Feeling comfort in inactivity
  • Excess body smell
  • The feeling as if the heart is heavy
  • Coated palate
  • Visibility problems
  • Coated teeth / caries
  • Heaviness in the body
  • Dryness of the throat and palate
  • Burning sensation in the feet and palm
  • White coloring of the urine
  • Sweetness of urine
  • Numbness in hands and feet
  • Feeling like ants crawling on body
  • Pallor of the body
  • Urine similar to honey sweat astringent
Depending on the physical constitution or body type or health status of an individual, Ayurvedic classics advocate two different types of therapy schemes for diabetics. They are-

Nutritional treatment - useful in obese diabetic patients, usually in patients with the Kapha body.
Nourishing treatment - useful in diabetic skinny patients, usually in patients with Vata or Pitta body type.

Anti-Diabetic Herbal

Jambul (Eugenia jambolana)-Jambo fruit is considered a specific medicine in traditional Ayurvedic medicine because of its specific action on the pancreas. For internal use, dry the seeds and make powder. Take 1 tsp. daily, twice with water or buttermilk.

Bitter gourd (Momordica charantia) -The fruits and seeds of the bitter gourd plant contain the most active components for lowering blood sugar levels. For better therapeutic benefits, extract juice of 4-5 bitter gourds each morning and empty stomach. The seed powder can be taken either directly or in the form of decoctions.

Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum graecum) - Its medicinal properties are described in the old literature. It has been reported that decoction of fenugreek seeds suppresses the urinary excretion of sugar and alleviates the symptoms of diabetes. It contains an alkaloid trigonellin that is known to lower blood sugar levels.

Turmeric (Curcuma longa) - Ayurveda recommends turmeric as an exclusive remedy for diabetes. It is more effective if it is taken with an equal amount of amla powder.

Pregnancy and Diabetes Mellitus Type 2

Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 | More often than not, type 2 diabetes is diagnosed in people aged 40 years or older, but can be diagnosed earlier. Certain women are at a higher risk of being diagnosed at a younger age, and these are black women from the Middle East and Asia. Those with type 2 diabetes do produce insulin, but fail to use it efficiently throughout the body. So a woman with this type of diabetes will experience a dramatic increase in her blood sugar level. Obesity is the most important factor that makes a person susceptible to developing type 2 diabetes.

Conception and diabetes type 2

Women with type 2 diabetes may experience difficulties in conceiving, but this can often be caused by their weight. But if they lose the pre-conception and manage to keep their weight within a healthy range, this will increase their chances of conception in combination with careful blood sugar monitoring.

Just like women with diabetes mellitus (type 1 diabetes), a health plan for pregnancy is the ideal approach, if possible.

Tablets that lower blood sugar levels are used to control type 2 diabetes and may not be suitable for use during pregnancy. These drugs are ACE inhibitors, agiotensin-11 antagonists and stations, and those women who take these drugs should ideally ask their doctor to transfer them to another medicine. During pregnancy, some women may need to be switched to insulin injections and also during a post-pregnancy period.

Foods that regulate Diabetes Mellitus Type 2

Diet plays a major role in the treatment of diabetes and should be a priority for anyone suffering from the disease. It is important to know what to include in your diet and what to remove so that the symptoms of the disease are kept under control so that you can lead a normal life for as long as possible. Living with diabetes does not mean that you can not eat some foods completely, but the goal is to balance the food that is eaten with all kinds of food and especially those that can be labeled as diabetic food.

Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 | Diabetic foods are plentiful and are selected on the basis of the preference of the person concerned or even the type of diabetes they are suffering from. Persons suffering from diabetes mellitus can follow a slightly different diet than those suffering from diabetes insipidus. Some of the most common diabetic foods that are used to control diabetes are fruits that must be eaten in moderation to prevent the increase in blood sugar levels. When choosing fruit, the best are those that are canned and stored in syrup if they have less sugar.

Meat is also part of the diabetic food that keeps diabetes under control, but its preparation should also include removing saturated fats and the method of cooking should also be healthy. The chosen meat must be lean, rich in nutrients and low in calories to keep diabetes under control.

Cereals are essential in the diet of every diabetic because of the fiber they give to the body. The fibers in the body are said to help the heart treat diabetes and regulate blood sugar levels. The types of grains are varied and are selected on the basis of the preference of the individual.

Diabetes Mellitus Type 2
Diabetes Mellitus Type 2
Nevertheless, there are certain diabetic foods that specifically help to control diabetes mellitus, which is a common type of diabetes. People suffering from diabetes mellitus should receive meals that contain a lot of proteins, because this results in the production of amino acids that are essential in tissue repair. Moreover, the blood sugar level is not increased, which is one of the concerns of those suffering from diabetes mellitus. In addition, diabetic mellitus also need fiber because it is essential in the diet because it helps in weight reduction and reduction of glucose secretion.

Training with diabetes

If you have type 2 diabetes (non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus), diet and exercise play a crucial role in your treatment plan. Cardiovascular activity promotes weight loss, improves insulin sensitivity, strengthens the heart, lowers blood pressure, increases HDL (good cholesterol) and increases glucose tolerance. The most powerful benefit of physical exercise is that it lowers insulin resistance (lowers glucose in your blood) and is a highly recommended course of action for diabetics and those who may be at increased risk of diabetes. "For an every 10 pounds a person loses, they will experience a 20% improvement in insulin sensitivity" (). Some people can control their diabetes by training and exercising alone, either by stabilizing or reversing the disease. Those with Type 1 (insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus - an autoimmune disease) usually rely on daily insulin injections to control blood sugar levels.

Hypoglycaemia (a sudden drop in blood sugar levels) is a big problem for a diabetic. This can happen with excessive exercise or insufficient nutrition. Signs of hypoglycaemia are extreme fatigue, dizziness, shakiness, nausea, excessive sweating, headache, spotting, confusion, sudden rapid heartbeat, fainting, and seizures. If not treated properly, a hypoglycemic reaction may lead to an insulin shock, which may be life-threatening. Here are some precautions and recommendations to get the most out of your training if you have diabetes.

Start an Exercise Program of Diabetes Mellitus Type 2

1. Make sure you have a medical certificate before you start an exercise program. Make sure your insulin dose is suitable for physical activity. Discuss that what types of exercise are best for you. If you are an avid athlete and are planning to do more intensive or lengthy workouts, discuss this in more detail with your doctor.

2. Do not execute the injection site muscle group for one hour after injection.

3. Ensure that you do not train at the peak effect time of insulin action.

4. Avoid physical activity on days when your blood sugar level is higher than 250 mg / dL with positive ketones (the acid is left behind when the body burns its own fat) or with blood sugar levels of more than 300 mg / dL and no ketones. Do not exercise if your blood sugar level is lower than 100 mg / dL.

5. Unless your doctor advises otherwise, adults should perform cardiovascular activity for at least 30 minutes and strength training 2-4 days per week for most days of the week. 60 minutes most days of the week is recommended for children and teenagers. Make sure that stretch is included in your routine.

6. Eat healthy carbohydrates before exercise and stay well hydrated. If you participate in long periods of cardio, bring carbohydrates for snacks. Also make sure that sugar or glucose tablets are available when a hypoglycaemic reaction occurs.

7. Remain faithful to regularly checking your blood sugar levels (especially if you have just started exercising).

8. Train, eat and take your medication at the same time of the day.

9. Take good care of your feet. Diabetics can suffer from reduced sensations in the feet (neuropathy) and / or poor blood circulation in the feet. Therefore, ulcers, blisters and wounds can become more easily infected. Wear appropriate, supportive shoes and examine your feet regularly.

10. Wear a bracelet with medical identification or let fitness instructors know that you have diabetes.

11. Keep educated and informed through the American Diabetes Association.

12. If you need help, turn on the help of a diabetes consultant.

13. Smile and have fun! Be proud of the fact that you improve your health!

Whether you have had diabetes for years, you have just learned that you have it, or you are interested in prevention, you can not go wrong with healthy eating and exercising regularly. Listen to your body and take good care of yourself everyday. Start making positive changes towards a healthier you today!

Know About How Diabetes Affects The Body?

How Diabetes Affects The BodyFailure to keep your diabetes under control can lead to many health problems because the infection affects the body in different ways. In this disease, your body does not manage to make enough insulin or it can not use its own insulin, which is not good for the body. This results in an accumulation of sugars in your blood that can spoil your body.

Diabetes results in increasing the risk of building up many heart disease problems, for example, chest pain, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and affects the arteries. A significant number of these problems can be silent to a major event, for example a stroke or a heart attack.

The wounds and ulcers on the body of a person suffering from diabetes heal more slowly. This can create diabetes with more helplessness and susceptibility to diseases.

One of the major causes of loss of vision around the world is diabetes. It can cause various eye problems, such as cataract, glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy.

With diabetes problem, gum related diseases are also a possibility. Gum problems can cause inflamed gums and ultimately tooth loss.

An important potential complication of poorly controlled diabetes is kidney disease. Unfortunately, it can thrive for many years before the symptoms begin to show. Swelling of the legs and feet are important symptoms. Diabetes is one of the main reasons for kidney failure in adults in Australia. If a person with diabetes has too much sugar in the urine, chances are that they become susceptible to more 'urinary tract infection' (UTI).

Several studies have shown that in Australia almost 70% of people suffering from diabetes will eventually get nerve damage. Nerves are damaged by a high glucose level in the body and can also develop

Autonomic neuropathy - Damage to the nerves controlling the internal organs, or
Peripheral diabetic neuropathy - It usually starts from the toes or feet.
One of the main causes of erectile dysfunction is diabetic neuropathy.

Digestive system

Nausea, constipation or diarrhea can occur due to the nerve damage caused by poorly controlled diabetes.

How to prevent these complications?

You must understand something simple that well-controlled diabetes can prevent and even stop all these negative effects. To better manage your diabetes problem, you need to check your blood glucose levels with the right medication and a healthy lifestyle. You can become a member of a diabetes support group in Australia that can help you understand what diabetes is and how to treat it well.

Stay Safe Always By Early Diagnosis of Diabetes

Diabetes is one of the worst diseases that has struck mankind for years. Have you started to think that you, your child or another family member are stressed? If you or someone else in your family has developed a few signs associated with diabetes, this does not mean that you have diabetes. However, you still need to go to a knowledgeable physician to get full control.

Diagnosis of Diabetes
Stay Safe Always By Early Diagnosis of Diabetes

View some common symptoms of diabetes:

1. Many go to the toilet for urination, especially at night
2. Itching or thrush in genitals
3. Blurry sight
4. You really feel thirsty during the day
5. Lose weight without even trying
6. You feel tired, even without much stress
7. Wounds and cuts take too much time to heal
8. Despite the fact that many people with type 1 diabetes are diagnosed at a young age and early adulthood, the symptoms remain the same at any age. Adults with type 1 diabetes can not perceive their symptoms as quickly as young people, and this can be quite damaging to their health because treatment may become later.

There are many independent campaigns in Australia that help to identify the symptoms in children. However, these will coordinate manifestations in adults and may include Thrush. Increased amounts of glucose passing through the urine are an ideal breeding ground for infections that cause sprue.

Why do these symptoms develop in diabetes?

The diabetes symptoms happen because some or all of the glucose remains in the blood and it is not used to be used as a fuel for vitality. The human body then makes an attempt to lower blood sugar levels by expelling the excess glucose from the body via the urine.

What to do if you develop diabetes symptoms?

It is very important to contact a doctor immediately if you think that you have developed two or more symptoms of diabetes. Getting a check-up does not mean that you have diabetes, but it is not harmful to make a diagnosis. Remember that early diagnosis, treatment and good management are important for your health and it reduces the chance of developing major infections or health problems. Thousands of people suffer from diabetes in Australia - it's all about proper guidance and treatment.

Why should you never ignore the signs and symptoms of diabetes?

It is difficult to overlook the signs and symptoms of type 1 diabetes because they can appear regularly. By doing nothing and leaving it untreated, it can lead to the development of important health problems, including diabetic ketoacidosis, which can lead to a potentially fatal coma.

Type 2 diabetes develops quite slowly, especially in the early stages, when it is difficult to recognize the symptoms so that it can be easily missed by the patient. Untreated diabetes, however, has an adverse effect on many important organs, such as heart, eyes, kidneys and veins. Getting a diagnosis early and keeping your glucose levels under control can help you to prevent these complications considerably.

New Hope For Patients Suffering From Diabetes

Diabetes has been identified as the critical and devastating health problem of the 21st century; affect millions of people worldwide. In particular, the disease can be divided into type 1 and type 2 diabetes; some of the recent categorization can be noted as juvenile diabetes and gestational diabetes.

New Hope For Patients Suffering From Diabetes
New Hope For Patients Suffering From Diabetes
Type 1 diabetes, being an autoimmune disease, is associated with aberrant destruction of insulin-producing pancreatic beta cells; where, as in the case of type 2 diabetes, insulin is produced but can not be used for glucose metabolism, leading to the gradual destruction of beta cells that function to the point of insufficient insulin production. Conventionally, steroid drugs and some management therapies are offered to keep diabetes under control, but they do not appear to be very effective in reversing symptoms. In addition, many diabetics complain of side effects, such as kidney damage, loss of vision, etc. despite restrictive diets and routine lifestyle.

International diabetic foundation has reported that 7% of the total world population is suffering from diabetes, as estimated at 250 million people. The WHO has rated it as the sixth leading cause of death and may be directly related to the number of other health-related complications such as heart disease, stroke, kidney damage, etc. In this respect, only in developed countries such as the US, a total annual expenditure is mainly incurred. estimated at nearly $ 174 billion. However, several clinical studies, technological developments and modern medicine have forced scientists to divert their attention to the treatment of stem cells for diabetes.

Stem cells appear to be the juvenile cells of our body, with the ability to differentiate into cells of different tissue origin. These stem cells can already be isolated in an eight cell stage of the human embryo, from where they develop a complete cellular skeleton of the human body. These cells have been found to develop into many different organs when subjected to cascade of signaling network. Scientists have determined that this great potential of stem cells is useful for controlling the damage associated with diabetes.

Thanks to modern technology these stem cells can easily be isolated from abundant sources of our body, such as bone marrow and adipose tissue. Once isolated, these stem cells can be enriched in smaller volumes to be re-infused into the body. Targeted release of stem cells directly into the pancreas can reverse the effects of autoimmunity through immune regulation, secretion of different growth factors and the creation of a niche for stimulating local stem cells. This stimulation can help to speed up the differentiation process in beta cells of the pancreas. This in turn helps in the secretion of insulin and regulated glucose metabolism; because of the regulated immune system; adding up to functional restoration.

Several clinical studies have validated the ability of stem cells to differentiate into beta cells of the pancreas and to regulate the adverse effects of self-destructive immune systems. In addition, no data have produced any evidence of dangerous side effects; and therefore the treatment of stem cells for diabetes has proved completely safe and feasible.

Some Healthy Food Habits That Will Reverse Diabetes

Diabetics reversal is possible, but it takes a lot of time and patience. However, given the food and usual limitations that a diabetic person encounters in his life, it is a lifesaving effort! Many people think of changing their diet at night. Many people fall back on prescribed medicines for a permanent cure for diabetes. Diabetes is a chronic disease, but it is not the end of the road just by being affected by diabetes. By taking a few steps in the beginning of life, or after the diagnosis, patients can keep their diabetes at bay.

Healthy Food Habits Diabetes
Some Healthy Food Habits That Will Reverse Diabetes
The number of patients who only want to reverse diabetes in the US is shocking! Most of these individuals are young adults who suffer from type 1 diabetes or cases prey for type 2 diabetes; more often than not due to the tendency to fast food, and the lack of a good exercise regime.

Which foods do NOT have:

Sugary food products, such as soft drinks and maple syrup are warehouses of refined sugar. They increase the glucose in the blood, which is not used by the cells in the patient's body. Natural sweeteners are a good alternative for this.

Grain contains many carbohydrates that are broken down into glucose by the human body. This process is the fastest way to increase the glucose level in your blood. Not dependent on a grain-based diet starts to show positive signs within 3 months after changing the diet.

Veetmelk contains one of the two types of A1 or A2 casein protein. The A1 casein protein is not useful for diabetic patients, especially those suffering from type 1 diabetes and the only type of dairy that can be consumed in such a situation is milk with A2 casein proteins. This would mean milk from pastures, cows grown on the farm, sheep and goats.

Alcohol consumption must be completely terminated. Alcohol is a well-known accelerator for blood sugar and carbohydrates. Alcoholics are 43% more likely to develop diabetes. The liver becomes more sensitive to toxicity.

GMO food products such as corn, soya and canola are known to increase blood glucose levels. The same applies to packaged food products. They first affect the kidney and liver of diabetic patients.
Which foods to have:

Fiber-rich food

Fiber-rich foods such as avocados, berries and linseed are recommended for people with diabetes. Food products with a high fiber regulate your blood sugar level and help to detoxify your system.

Chrome-rich food

Chromium rich foods can help in the metabolism of carbohydrates. They help you to increase the glucose tolerance and to keep the blood sugar level in your body in balance. Broccoli, green beans and grass-fed beef are sources of chromium.

Magnesium rich food

Magnesium-rich foods are known for their blood sugar regulating properties. For people who want to reverse diabetes in the US, food markets take magnesium-rich vegetables into account. Vegetables such as spinach, black beans, pumpkin seeds and almonds help curb Type-2 diabetes.

Fish oil supplements

Fish oil increases HDL cholesterol levels and reduces tryglyceride levels. It also helps in the proper functioning of insulin in the system, by increasing tolerance and reducing inflammation. 1 gram of fish oil consumed daily is a natural remedy for the prevention of diabetic symptoms.

How would you know if you do not produce insulin?

Diabetes | When we eat, our body takes the food that we swallow, and breaks it into glucose and other nutrients needed to survive. Of course, the glucose concentration increases after we have eaten. It signals the pancreas to produce more insulin. Had diabetes for people who can not make insulin or can not use it properly.

But, as you should know if you do not make insulin? This is how you can call your office and say, "Hey, there's good" and will call in one way or another "Yes, we're okay ... just busy producing insulin."

The best thing you can do, you know what to look out for. Keep in mind, however, that the symptoms of diabetes are not always obvious. Are not always red flags. Sometimes the symptoms can take a long time. Sometimes there are no symptoms. (I do not know what we want to hear.) It is also important to know that just because you might have (or all) these symptoms does not mean that you actually have diabetes. However, it is better to be safe than sorry, so if you have two or more symptoms, take a few minutes, call your doctor or endocrinologist and talk about their concerns. Formerly diagnosed with diabetes, the greater your chance to beat it.

Frequent urination

Porcelain, have you recently stopped to become your best friend? This is probably because your body does not like their blood glucose after a high level. So, efforts to flush away the excess sugar, your kidneys start to make overtime. Overtime and kidneys really expose you to a toilet.

More thirsty

It probably has something to do with my frequent toilet visits. To help get rid of their excess blood glucose draws water from your blood, your kidneys. Water helps to reduce blood glucose in the urine and flush it. But because you constantly lose water, you are more thirsty than normal. It is your body that says it should be more H2O.

Great hunger

Your cells do not get the energy they need from your food. (Remember, glucose can not enter the cells without insulin and your body is not using insulin right now.) So your body screams "Feed me!" He only needs more strength.

Weight gain

Do you feel comfortable today? This can be a big hunger, "we said above." Hugger Intensive = eating more = eating extra calories = weight gain.

Extreme weight loss

This is more pronounced in patients with type 1 diabetes because it is more abrupt. Because your body does not produce insulin, your cells do not get the nutrients they need to survive. So, your body breaks down the streets of muscles and fat cells for energy needs. This ensures that you lose weight.

Simply put, your body has no energy, it has to be maintained.

Most people become grumpy when they are tired, hungry, thirsty and have weight gain.

More sugar you have to hang around in your bloodstream, the harder it is to heal your body from infections. Diabetics are more prone to frequent skin, gum, bladder and yeast infections.

Itching of the skin

We do not really know why, but sometimes itchy skin is a symptom of diabetes.

Uncut cuts

If you have wounds and bruises, healing takes longer than normal, it can be diabetic. Getting high blood sugar levels becomes harder for your body to heal itself.

Their own, these symptoms are harmless - probably therefore that many people do not know at all that you have diabetes. However, if diabetes is not treated, it can cause very serious health problems, including stroke and heart disease. Your doctor can usually determine if you are suffering from a simple urine test with diabetes mellitus. All doctors need to know if there is extra sugar in the urine. After a positive urine test your doctor can do blood tests to confirm diabetes. It is not worth the risk. If you think you have symptoms of diabetes, contact your doctor and schedule a meeting today.

Genetic sensitivity: the presence of certain genes increases the risk of developing the disorder.
Geography: the risk of type 1 diabetes increases with the distance with the equator. People in Finland and Sardinia have the highest risk of type 1 diabetes mellitus.

Diet changes

Usually the child with diabetes can eat the same healthy food as everyone else. But you must be careful and follow certain precautions:

You have to bring a lot of fruit and vegetables, along with a number of other types of food, as proposed by the doctor.

You should include healthy carbohydrates such as beans, vegetables and whole grains if your child uses insulin every day.

Physical health

Your child can participate in all physical activities with his / her friends and classmates. Physical activity of 60 minutes or more may cause the blood sugar level to become too low. Here are some tips to promote the safety of your child during physical activity.

If your child participates in a sports team:

Make sure the coach knows that your child has diabetes.
Instruct your child to have candy or cookies if he feels dizzy.
Do not forget to give your child a snack before you play.
Make sure your child always wears a medical ID bracelet.

Care at school

Type I diabetes should be administered 24 hours a day, even if your child is in school. You must inform the teachers and caregivers about the condition of your child.

You should:

make a diabetes management plan for your child
Teach the teachers how to treat a hypoglycemic episode in your child
place a diabetes nutritional kit in your child's backpack

Emphasize independence

As a parent you have to support and encourage your child, he or she can take the responsibility to manage it and build up a positive attitude and trust.

Focus on friendship

Having fun with friends builds a sense of belonging and trust. Encourage your child to discuss that he / she has diabetes with his / her friends. This makes their friends feel more comfortable in dealing with your child.

Restore misconceptions

Talk to your child about the facts that people do not deserve diabetes, but it just happens. If your child feels guilty about diabetes, you offer him or her the assurance that there is no reason to feel guilty.
The health of your children must be your priority

Diabetes During Pregnancy | Diabetes | Health | How Webs | United States | USA

Diabetes during pregnancy

Diabetes during pregnancy is one of the most common problems in women and is caused by the abnormally elevated hormones that are released from the placenta. This is a symptom that occurs in most women in the second or third trimester of pregnancy, but as with other problems, it also disappears after childbirth.

For those unfortunate women who get diabetes during pregnancy, following the gestational diabetes diet can ensure that she and their unborn babies stay healthy until birth. Since about 5% of pregnant females develop gestational diabetes, sticking to this special diet can positively affect millions of women around the world.

The main cause of diabetes during pregnancy is that the mother's body is the only supplier of glucose (sugar resulting from the digestion of food) for the baby. This glucose is administered to the baby via placenta. in return, the placenta produces certain hormones that help the baby develop, but on the other hand, these hormones prevent the mother's body from using insulin, and later on the placenta increases these anti-insulin hormones that move the movement of glucose from the bloodstream to the cell of the mother's body.

Glucose, a sugar that is the result of the digestion of food, is the most important diet of the body. During pregnancy, your body even supplies your baby with glucose, which is delivered through the placenta and is the only source of nutrition for your baby. This glucose in the bloodstream passes through the placenta, another zone secretes a hormone to help the baby develop. But this is an anti-insulin hormone in nature. If this hormone is produced excessively, it can block the movement of glucose in the blood cells and your pancreas can not produce enough insulin.

The symptoms of diabetes are mentioned below:

Excessive thirst
Weak vision
Frequent urination
Unexpected hunger
Extreme fatigue

Gestational diabetes occurs in about 4% of all pregnant women and will result in more than 135,000 reported cases of this condition per year. It is not exactly known what causes gestational diabetes, but it is believed that the hormones produced by the placenta prevent the mother's body from absorbing insulin. This insulin resistance may result in the mother needing up to three times more insulin to have the same metabolic function.

Symptoms of gestational diabetes

It is often quite difficult to detect the disease because the body undergoes dramatic changes all the time, many of which are experienced for the first time. A pregnant woman will often come into contact with her doctor during pregnancy, so it is a good idea to mention unusual changes in the body. In general, the condition will affect women in the last stages of pregnancy (approximately 24-28 weeks).

Almost 4% of all pregnant women suffer from gestational diabetes. This diabetic condition can be harmful to the unborn child. It normally starts in the 5th or 6th month of pregnancy. The diabetic phase fades after the baby is born. It is assumed that the underlying cause of gestational diabetes is the sprue of hormones during pregnancy.
