In this busy world, it is sometimes easy to lose our internal listening, is not it?

However, listening to your inner being can lead you to better choices.

In fact, you can identify what to do next by truly listening.

I like doing it looking at LESSONS that I have learned.

How to listen to myself | In that way, I can begin to extract specific steps to apply that apply those lessons directly to obtain better results.

For example, I have recovered from a disaster before. I learned that people care about me. I started to help others more, and I learned that caring for and helping others helps me grow.

In fact, I succeeded in a commercial enterprise as a direct result of applying the lessons learned in recovering from a health disaster, silently applying those lessons to create a business.

So, facing many challenges and wanting to grow, I find myself looking for steps I can take to help other people. Steps related to the changes I want. Therefore, writing (well!) Becomes part of my growth.

How to listen to myselfSince growing beyond difficult times, I have learned that it is difficult to recover from disasters. And that requires a great effort, repeated over a long period of time. So, when I want to change and grow, I identify that, for me, it is useful to look for ways to be especially patient with myself.

The general ideas are useful.

How do usually useful things become the details that make things happen?

One of the ways that works for me is that I look for small steps that I can do here and now.

For example, when I started writing, I did it with a blog. I worked until writing in this great site when creating my own small site. I gained practice through the effort over time.

Listening to myself means listening to my feelings.

How I feel about growing leads me to actions that work for me.

My strong desire for change awakens the will to act.

How to listen to myselfThat willingness to act takes me beyond the phase of asking myself what I can do, in a realistic examination of my current situation. My thinking then guides me to see the little things I can do, right here, right now.

Another answer is that taking life one step at a time helps me follow up.

Going slowly, discovering and trying small steps helps me think of more steps I can take. I find that what I offer is not my one-time action. Rather, it is the experimentation with regular repetition, which obtains results that matter to me.

Action is what drives my dreams to the reality of change.

I discovered that the most effective actions are the smallest steps I can do regularly.

When I listen to myself to discover what those steps are, I notice feelings that give me the ability to "follow up" that I want and need.

The feelings lead me to notice some steps that seem obvious to me.

[How to listen to myself] The persistence in paying attention to what is happening at this time can lead to more things that are good for me.

What do you do when you find a change you want to make in your life?

When you do that, do you usually stay with taking action long enough to see the results?

I discovered that paying attention, listening! - My feelings help me get better answers to important questions. That helps me discover "What's next?" Based on where I am now.
